Benchmarked against ISO 20121 to inform certification action plan.
Sustainability & ESG Strategy Development
Developed a consolidated sustainability framework.
Set SMART goals, KPIs & measurable targets.
Aligned initiatives with stakeholder expectations & industry best practices.
Carbon Footprint Measurement
Conducted GHG emissions assessment (Scope 1, 2, 3) for IBC 2024.
Created a carbon reduction roadmap and science-based reduction targets.
Education & Influence Plan
Designed training programmes for exhibitors, suppliers & staff.
