Luke Howell
Luke has made a significant contribution to climate action and sustainability, particularly within the live events, music, media and entertainment sectors. He has shaped the environmental strategies of many high-profile projects and programmes within the wider industry.
He leads Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour sustainability programme - achieving a 59% reduction in emissions to date (an achievement recognised by MIT and the World Economic Forum) - and worked on major events such as the The Earthshot Prize, Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee and King Charles III Coronation Concert.
A Chartered Environmentalist, Fellow of IEMA and the RSA, Luke advises multiple organisations, such as Glastonbury Festival, Netflix, Warner Music Group, Spotify, and Live Nation’s global Green Nation programme.

Emily Ford
Emily is a sustainability leader who previously drove sustainability initiatives at the world’s largest entertainment corporation, Live Nation as well as leading Boomtown's sustainability agenda. With a background in live events and expertise in carbon reduction and regulatory compliance, she has developed deep knowledge in both strategic and operational sustainability.
Leading our Business Services at Hope Solutions, she takes a strategic approach to developing client materials and managing complex projects, helping businesses to demonstrate leadership and accountability by embedding sustainability at their core. She has played a pivotal role in helping businesses understand the sustainability landscape, reduce reputational and operational risks and navigate incoming regulations at a global scale.

Izzy Mills
Izzy was named one of Access All Areas Magazine’s 30 Under Thirty in 2024 for her contributions to sustainability across entertainment.
With a degree in Environmental Science and previous consulting experience in the social housing sector, she has a strong foundation in data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Izzy is a specialist in carbon management, ESG strategy development and compliance reporting and as Sustainability Manager at Hope Solutions, her analytical approach lends itself to supporting clients with their emissions measurement, materiality assessment and training requirements.
Her expertise in ISO standards and B Corp Certification ensures organisations achieve measurable progress toward net zero and meet the highest sustainability benchmarks.

Lindsay Fraser
Lindsay has led high-level operations across events, tourism, and hospitality for over a decade, supporting independent businesses and large-scale enterprises. With expertise in business operations and sustainability, she has developed deep knowledge in organisational efficiency.
As General Manager at Hope Solutions, she oversees the company’s day-to-day functions while supporting both clients and the internal team. Her strategic approach has been integral to the company’s B Corp certification and continued growth, ensuring smooth operations and long-term impact.

Katie Murray
With an MSc in Environmental Management and recognition as a Practitioner Member of ISEP (PISEP), Katie brings experience in greenhouse gas accounting and sustainability strategy development. Through her background in sustainability reporting across the built environment, she has developed essential skills to support our clients with impact measurement, data analysis and long-term strategy planning.
Katie is passionate about translating sustainability goals into practical implementation, particularly through behavioural change initiatives, helping organisations embed lasting sustainability practices."

Sophia Wolff
Having completed her Master’s in Sustainability and Management, Sophia joins the team as a full-time Associate Sustainability Consultant. During her summer internship with Hope Solutions, she gained hands-on experience in sustainability strategy, on-site interventions at client event locations and carbon accounting and analysis.
Drawing on a background in fashion and event coordination, Sophia brings a creative and thoughtful approach to her work, driven by a desire to harness the power and cultural influence of music, large-scale events, and festivals to drive meaningful environmental and societal change. Passionate about empowering young people to feel connected to sustainability and their communities, she aims to help shape a more conscious and collaborative future for the industry - one that values people, planet, and collective action.

Ruth Dancer
Ruth has over 20 years of experience across world-class sporting venues and events, including Wembley Stadium, Wimbledon, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Rugby World Cup 2015, Goodwood and Formula 1 events in Bahrain and Abu Dhabi. As a former Operations Director, she brings deep insight into major event delivery and the expectations of top-tier sporting organisations.
Since retraining in environmental sustainability in 2016, Ruth has become a driving force in sustainable sport, leading pioneering work in equestrianism and horse racing. As a Cambridge graduate and Chartered Environmentalist, she holds many professional accreditations including PRINCE2, Agile, CISL, ISEP and BSI PAS 2060.

Zoe Rudge
Zoe is a specialist in carbon accounting, with a wealth of knowledge surrounding all aspects of reporting, from SECR to SBTi, GHG Protocol, ISO14064, ISO14067, PAS 2060, ISO14068, TCFD and everything in between.
She has a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science, an MSc in Oceanography and is an associate member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology. Advising on sustainability strategies, carbon management and reaching net zero for businesses in the sport and culture sector, Zoe also has a passion for research and is instrumental in the creation of our research papers.

Emily Bines
Emily has over 15 years of experience in music and entertainment, spanning live events, masters, publishing, and beyond. Her diverse background gives her a well-rounded understanding of the industry.
She holds a certification in Sustainability: Strategies and Operations for Industry from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Professional Certification in Sustainability from MIT. As the first U.S. hire at Hope Solutions, Emily consults clients, including Netflix, supporting event sustainability initiatives. She is passionate about driving strategies that balance innovation, efficiency, and environmental and social responsibility, ensuring long-term success.

Laura Asnong
With nearly six years of experience in sustainability and climate change, Laura has worked across infrastructure, construction, and the events industry projects, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to environmental impact measurement.
As a consultant with Hope Solutions, she specialises in carbon accounting, working across events, world tours, and business and supply chain clients to track emissions and identify reduction strategies. She also leads embodied carbon assessments for projects involving construction, ensuring sustainability is embedded at every stage.

Anna Johnson
Anna, an IEMA-accredited Practitioner with an MSc in Environment and Resource Management, has spent over a decade working in the arts and entertainment industries. With experience in live and recorded music, she has developed deep knowledge in sustainability strategy, communications and impact assessment.
A consultant with Hope Solutions, she brings a research-driven approach to projects with Live Nation and Warner Music Group, supporting emissions assessments and reduction plans. A notable achievement includes coordinating the Assessment Report on Live Music and Climate Change, being co-funded by Live Nation, Warner Music Group, and Coldplay, reflecting her dedication to advancing sustainability in the music industry. She also supports Glastonbury's Green Initiatives programming.
