 LUKE HOWELL 

A chartered environmentalist, Fellow of IEMA and Blue Peter badge winner, Luke grew up in a touring circus and has spent his life creating pioneering environmental and sustainability projects.

 EMILY FORD 

Emily is a sustainability leader who previously drove sustainability initiatives at the world’s largest entertainment corporation, Live Nation as well as leading Boomtown's sustainability agenda. With a background in live events and expertise in carbon reduction and regulatory compliance, she has developed deep knowledge in both strategic and operational sustainability.

Leading our Business Services at Hope Solutions, she takes a strategic approach to developing client materials and managing complex projects, helping businesses to demonstrate leadership and accountability by embedding sustainability at their core. She has played a pivotal role in helping businesses understand the sustainability landscape, reduce reputational and operational risks and navigate incoming regulations at a global scale.

 PHOEBE CURRIE 

Phoebe is a registered environmental professional (REnvP) with extensive experience driving sustainable change in the live events industry. Formerly a sustainability manager for a technical product company, she has won several awards for her impactful projects, including the TPi Green Award.
 

At Hope Solutions, she specialises in low-carbon event production and business strategy, focusing on education, data tracking, and social impact.

Passionate about advancing sustainability at every level of the industry, Phoebe is a specialist consultant to the Professional Light and Sound Association (PLASA), and spearheads an industry-wide initiative to standardise Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) reporting frameworks.

 IZZY MILLS 

Izzy was named one of Access All Areas Magazine’s 30 Under Thirty in 2024 for her contributions to sustainability across entertainment.

With a degree in Environmental Science and previous consulting experience in the social housing sector, she has a strong foundation in data analysis and stakeholder engagement. 

Izzy is a specialist in carbon management, ESG strategy development and compliance reporting and as Sustainability Manager at Hope Solutions, her analytical approach lends itself to supporting clients with their emissions measurement, materiality assessment and training requirements. 
 

Her expertise in ISO standards and B Corp Certification ensures organisations achieve measurable progress toward net zero and meet the highest sustainability benchmarks.

 BRYONIE MATHEWS 

Bryonie has spent over a decade working on the ground at live events, notably with Glastonbury, Shambala and Boomtown whilst earning a 1st class degree in Sustainable Festival Management. 

With experience in impact measurement and strategy, she has developed deep expertise in sustainable event operations and impact assessment. 

As Live Events Manager at Hope Solutions, she brings a hands-on approach to supporting our festival and live events clients with sustainability implementation. Her focus on practical, scalable solutions ensures long-term environmental improvements. A notable achievement includes leading Green Initiatives at Glastonbury Festival.

 LINDSAY FRASER 

Lindsay has led high-level operations across events, tourism, and hospitality for over a decade, supporting independent businesses and large-scale enterprises. With expertise in business operations and sustainability, she has developed deep knowledge in organizational efficiency.

As General Manager at Hope Solutions, she oversees the company’s day-to-day functions while supporting both clients and the internal team. Her strategic approach has been integral to the company’s B Corp certification and continued growth, ensuring smooth operations and long-term impact.

 SOPHIA WOLFF 

A fashion graduate Sophia experienced first had the impact we can have on the environment around us and had a desire to approach things differently. She is now  studying for her Masters in Sustainability and Management and joins the team as a project assistant. Working across the company she'll be supporting client work as well as on  interventions at event locations and sites across the festival season. 

 LAURA ASNONG 

With nearly six years of experience in sustainability and climate change, Laura has worked across infrastructure, construction, and the events industry projects, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to environmental impact measurement.

As a consultant with Hope Solutions, she specialises in carbon accounting, working across events, world tours, and business and supply chain clients to track emissions and identify reduction strategies. She also leads embodied carbon assessments for projects involving construction, ensuring sustainability is embedded at every stage.

 ANNA JOHNSON 

Anna, an IEMA-accredited Practitioner with an MSc in Environment and Resource Management, has spent over a decade working in the arts and entertainment industries. With experience in live and recorded music, she has developed deep knowledge in sustainability strategy, communications and impact assessment.

A consultant with Hope Solutions, she brings a research-driven approach to projects with Live Nation and Warner Music Group, supporting emissions assessments and reduction plans. A notable achievement includes coordinating the Assessment Report on Live Music and Climate Change, being co-funded by Live Nation, Warner Music Group, and Coldplay, reflecting her dedication to advancing sustainability in the music industry. She also supports Glastonbury's Green Initiatives programming.  

 RUTH DANCER 

Ruth has spent 20 years working in global sports events, including the London 2012 Olympics and Wimbledon. With expertise in sustainability strategy, and stakeholder engagement, she has developed deep knowledge in industry-wide behavior change.

As a consultant at Hope Solutions, she brings a solutions-focused approach to supporting clients with sustainability training, communations and research. She has led the advancement of sustainability in the equestrian sector, developing toolkits and behavior change strategies that have inspired mass adoption of sustainable practices across the industry.

 ROB SCULLY 

Rob has over 30 years of experience in sustainable power provision and event solutions. With a background in energy monitoring and site management, he has developed deep expertise in optimising temporary power solutions for events and tours.

As a consultant at Hope Solutions, he brings a technical approach to advising clients on energy efficiency and sustainability planning. His focus on practical innovation ensures improved resource and power management. A notable achievement includes overseeing the ongoing management of the World’s first touring battery system, created from recyclable BMW i3 batteries which powers the Coldplay MOTSWT.
